Sudemed sterilization rolls are produced from transparent multi-layer PET/PP film and medical kraft paper. Optional sterilization rolls can be produced in green, blue, pink, purple, orange or any other color you request. It is manufactured from the world s highest quality 60 gr. and 70 gr. medical kraft papers. Sudemed sterilization rolls are produced without the use of solvents in high-tech production processes that prevent the risk of tearing. All rolls are available with water-based, non-toxic vapor and ethylene oxide (EO) process indicators. An optional formaldehyde indicator is also available. Conforms to EN 868-5 standard

TYVEK® STERILIZATION ROLLS Sudemed sterilization rolls made of Tyvek® material are made of multi-layer copolymer PET/PE film and DuPont Tyvek® material with high tear resistance. In addition to being used for hydrogen peroxide gas plasma sterilization in hospitals, Tyvek® rolls are also used for EO and gamma sterilization in industry. It consists of a reinforced film that prevents the risk of tearing in the latest technological production processes. Solvents are not used in our film laminations. All rolls are available with water-based, non-toxic hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) process indicators. Conforms to EN 868-5 standard.

The top cover of the integrator is polypropylene coated to allow steam to pass through at a certain speed. The lower part is covered with aluminum that prevents steam passage. Conforms to 11140-1 standard CONTAINER LABEL Sterilization container labels are designed to be used in the pocket of containers. Indicators on the label show whether sterilization has been carried out or not. Conforms to 11140-1 standard HELIX TEST The purpose of the Helix Test is to check the effectiveness of the air venting systems and the degree of vapor penetration of lumen objects. The test consists of a 1.5 mm x 2 mm silicone tube and a multi-parameter indicator enclosed in a special capsule at one end of the tube. Easy to interpret. Tests must be performed daily in a vacuum autoclave in a specific cycle, so that different sterilization cycles of the day can be performed.
