LT-217B is a portable device that verifies the integrity of flexible endoscopes. Its patented system reveals accurately the leaks in the devices membranes, it provides information about wear conditions of the O-rings, endoscopes internal channels and potential twisting and holes of bioptic channels. These checks are necessary to avoid infiltrations and/or identify problems that might damage endoscopes during the washing and sterilization processes.

ER-214 is an automatic system designed to support operators during the manual prewashing of flexible endoscopes, so that the personnel do not have to perform daily repetitive and error prone operations. ER-214 is a Class I medical device with autonomously performs: leak testing, chemical and water dosage, fluxing, rinsing and purging of endoscopes channels. DRS-OT10 is a cabinet in horizontal storage, to store and dry endoscopes and TEE probes. It allows the aseptic storage, up to 800 hours, up to 10 flexible endoscopes of any brand and model. As class I medical devices, it is designed to grant complete conformity to EN 16442:2015, maintaining, in each condition, the correct pressure of sterile air; this is also thanks to the innovative patented cold plasma system that defeats potential viral and bacterial contaminations which occur during load and unload of instruments. Endoscopes are placed inside extractible trays made of ABS (default) or in clear trays made of a special polymer that can be thermodisinfected at 90°C in washer disinfectors. Trays are equipped with automatic connection to medical-grade air to dry endoscopes channels.

Our cabinet range DRS-218 to dry and store endoscopes is the complete and versatile solution for the proper aseptic conservation of instruments up to 800 hours, up to a maximum of 15 endoscopes of any brand and model. The independent storage positions allow a versatile use of the system as well as reducing cross infection risks. The system performs a fast drying through heated air (maximum 32°C) granting high-level performances, this is also thanks to HEPA filter 0,2 micron and a filter for viral retention 0,003 micron of the drying line of endoscopes channels.

The DRS-221 is a vertical cabinet designed to store and dry up to 6 flexible videobronchoscopes/cystoscopes and similar, in addition to up 6 fibrobronchoscopes/cystoscopes and similar of any main type and main brand; it is also provided with 4 air-forced drawers to store laryngoscopes, accessories and rigid optics (wrapped instruments). The DRS-221 , as class I medical device, is studied to grant complete conformity to EN 16442:2015, keeping the instruments aseptic for a maximum 800 hours. The DRS-221 can maintain, in each condition, the correct pressure of filtered sterile air. The air is filtered through bacteriological filters H14 with a porosity of 0.2 micron (external drying air system), and through filters to retain viruses with a porosity of 0.003 micron (internal channels drying).
