EXCE AN incinerators are discontinuous static ovens, top loaded. They are suitable for incineration of whole animals, slaughtering waste and organic remains in general. According to model it s possible to incinerateboth small size animals as pets, sheep, swine, and big animals as bovine. Perfect also to satisfy chicken, rabbit and fish farming. Every Exce AN oven has a vertical post-combustion chamber, fabricated to respect working parameters imposed by current antipollution regulations

Our waste incinerators mod. ECOTEC are ovens with a static chamberdesigned for the thermo destruction of waste having high average lower calorific value (L.C.V.). Designed to meet the needs of waste incineration for hospitals, medical laboratories, small communities, cemeteries, shopping centers, airports and gum, paper, wood, agricultural industry etc. The energy recovery system from combustion gases, present as standard on each oven mod. ECOTEC, allows considerable operating savings by optimizing the combustion process and thus reducing fuel consumption compared to normal ovens; furthermore, it is possible to combine it with an additional energy recovery system suitable for hot water, steam and heated diathermic oil production, at zero cost.

Our waste incinerators mod. EXCE OS are discontinuous static ovens, with top loading system. They have been designed for thermo destruction of waste material having medium-high lower calorific value (L.C.V.). Suitable for the incineration of hospital waste, medical waste, small communities waste, cemeterial waste, shopping centers waste, airports waste and gum, paper, wood, agricultural industries waste.

Our waste incinerators mod. ROTOMAC are rotary or oscillating combustion chamber furnaces, which are suitable for the incineration of almost all types of solid and liquid waste such as whole animals, slaughtering waste and generic organic waste but also hazardous and not-hazardous hospital waste and generic industrial waste. They are also an excellent solution for the disposal of waste sludge, both dry or containing high percentages of water. It is possible to set up the system with waste loading and automatic ash unloading systems in order to carry out continuous cycle work, even 24 hours a day. The slight rotary motion imposed on the combustion chamber accelerates the dehydration and incineration processes of the waste, thereby reducing fuel consumption compared to a similar static system. It is possible to install energy recovery systems for the production, at zero cost, of hot water, steam or superheated diathermic oil.

The burn off ovens mod. TR, designed and manufactured by us, are suitable for: Paint stripping of waste products due to mistaken painting Regeneration of metal products through repainting Paint stripping of paint booth tools such as hooks, connecting rods, grilles, etc. Removal of insulating resin from motors envelopments. Motors regeneration with subsequent firing of resins follows this process. For. Tec. studied a heat stripping process based on different stages that make it non-invasive and to protect products from deterioration. During the first stage, the heat stripping oven works under controlled conditions keeping a constant temperature; during the second stage the oven temperature increases till reaching the overheating of pieces in it contained,to the temperature of about 430° (depending on materials used) and the complete decomposition of their envelopments. The planned injection during the cycle of nebulized liquid avoids the beginning of auto combustion episodes and allows the dross detachment from metals treated.

Our ovens mod. T-BULL are designed to meet the need for immediate mobility and ease of use. Once reached the place of use, it takes 10 minutes for positioning and the oven is ready for steady operation. The entire system is installed on a sturdy steel preassembled skid and equipped with hooks for handling; on the structure are firmly secured: incinerator with postcombustion chamber for reducing emissions, process chimney, control panel, diesel tank and generating set. The ovens mod. T-BULL are ideal to act quickly and effectively in emergencies such as cattle epidemics or disasters of any kind. Simple handling and ease of use make them indispensable in military bases, construction sites, farms, hospitals and communities that are located in remote areas. The incineration chamber has a total volume of 12 m3, 7 m3 of which are loadable. At the base of the chamber it is installed a grid made of pre-formed refractory blocks with a high content of Al2O3; the flame of no. 4 burners passes below them in order to make the combustion as quick and efficient as possible. In the upper part of the chamber, no. 2 more burners are installed in order to uniform the heat and further facilitate the combustion. The ashes are easily discharged through no. 4 doors located at the base of the oven.

Our models of MB mobile incinerator ovens are designed to be installed inside a container or on a trailer in order to be able to intervene immediately and directly on the waste production site, these incinerators are equipped with a fuel tank and energy generator and therefore can also operate in isolated places or disaster areas. The MB series includes both static and rotary incinerators, with a load capacity of up to 2500 kg/cycle and destructive capacity of up to 500 kg/h, it is ideal for the disposal of whole animals, slaughtering waste, food processing waste from food markets, waste from livestock farms or veterinary clinics, for the treatment of industrial waste with high humidity and hospital waste, including infectious waste. Crematory ovens mod. FT have been designed with an innovative technique which allows to maximize the cremation process, thanks to finest refractory materials and systems for heat recovery and reutilization which otherwise would be lost in the atmosphere. Some models available: Communicating or superimposed chambers; Covering with flat or corrugated stainless steel sheets Extra accessories for process automation are available At the bottom of the combustion chamber are installed two ducts, for ashes and for zinc recovery. They can be reached with two doors respectively placed, in front of the combustion chamber and on its side. This is an easy way to remove ashes and zinc and to begin a new cremation cycle.

Great attention to details, high quality finishes and process automation, which is achieved thanks to the latest technological developments and a software designed following decades of experience in the field, they make our oven mod. FD 4.0 the top of the range of pet crematory ovens, which are currently on both the Italian and European market, effective and fully compliant with the most restrictive National and International environmental requirements. The cremation chamber, with a volume of 0.8 cubic meters, allows an easy treatment of large animals and at the same time the cremation with ashes separation of up to 4 animals per cycle. The hot sole of the cremation chamber speeds up the cremation process, especially in the presence of frozen animals and avoids the stagnation of liquids at the base of the oven, which are often difficult to treat. The walls in common between the cremation chamber and the postcombustion chamber lead to a constant heat exchange between them and so, to the recovery of a large amount of heat, which otherwise would have to be dissipated outside of the oven; the result of this process is a considerable fuel saving compared to traditional ovens. The installation of two-stage burners in cremation chamber and in postcombustion chamber make it possible to correctly manage the flame and the temperatures both in the case of small animals single cremation and in the case of multiple cremations, avoiding continuous and expensive shutdowns and re-ignitions of burners. On each Crematory oven mod. FD 4.0, in addition to postcombustion chamber, a SCRUBBER type emission reduction system is installed as standard, to intervene on powders and water-soluble acids compounds, in order to guarantee emissions that fully comply with Italian and European most restrictive standards. The cremation process takes place in a completely automated way thanks to the Siemens PLC with a high resolution Touch Screen Panel, managed by For.Tec. software, which gives the possibility to make the system remote, and so allowing to take advantage of a timely remote assistance service, enabling accurate diagnostics and thus limiting the need for costly downtime and on-site maintenance. An intuitive synoptic allows you to control the entire process and manage the cremation of pets with extreme ease.
