AZCOMED, which was established on September 29, 2022 as a hypodermic needle manufacturer in Turkey and stepped into the Medical Consumables Production sector, aimed to meet the needs of domestic and foreign syringe manufacturers. The facilities located in Ergene District of Tekirdağ were made ready for production in October 2023 in a closed area of 1,800 square meters, including a 750 square meter clean room. Thanks to the molds, machinery and equipment installed with high technology, a capacity of up to 900 million per year is targeted.
A hypodermic needle is a very thin, hollow tube with a sharp tip used to inject or withdraw fluids from the body.
